Great tasting bread, full of goodness and very filling. It could compete with any soda bread made in Ireland. It is a lovely recipe. It is a little Irish indulgence in Vancouver.

Best bread this side of Ireland!

Had a sample at a market. Bought a loaf thinking it a special treat only… but now we are addicted. The loaves are hearty, filling and delicious: a flavour we haven’t had anywhere else. They also freeze well after slicing and toast up perfectly. Spread a good layer of butter on and top with honey, you can’t go wrong.
